“Tri-State Elevator has serviced our elevator for over 15 years. They come out twice a year to do preventative maintenance and perform full load tests as required by code. I have a 1927 building with the original elevator and Greg and his staff keep it working with very little repairs (maybe 2 over 15 years) and respond quickly when there is a problem.
